Allowable vs Non-Allowable Items
All product must be handmade, homemade, homegrown or original, unique work and/or design. All items must have been created by you, a family member, or a friend. Printed material must be the artist’s or author’s own work.
Non-Allowable Items• No raffles, lotteries, or draws at your table
• Vendors will not be permitted to sell home baking as St Paul’s will be running a cafe and have a home baking table.
• St Paul’s United Church reserves the right to scrutinize displays and ask that questionable items be removed.

· Vendors may set up either on Thursday 4 – 6pm or on Friday morning between 8 and 10am. Vendors can bring along additional display materials to use within their allocated space.
· Access to electrical outlets is not available. If required, please bring battery operated lights.
· Vendors may share a table (at vendors discretion)
· All sales/payments (there is wifi available at the church)
· Participants will make every effort to protect their wares and ensure its safety.
· Wrapping of items and delivery to customer.
· Vendors must not take down before 3.30 on Saturday.
· Vendors must be cleared up (and leave their space tidy) by 5pm on Saturday.
· No Alcohol, or Smoking of any substance, is permitted on the property & outside within 20 feet of the doors.

Please note: spots are limited to 6ft wide (maximum table size)
· We will endeavor to meet your location request but these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will be allocated a spot within the remaining spaces.
