The Lighthouse Community Choir is a welcoming ensemble that invites singers of all levels to explore a joyful mix of contemporary, classic favorites, and gospel. No auditions required — all are welcome!

World Day of Prayer
Mark your calendars for World Day of Prayer 2026 on Friday March 6th at 2:00 pm. to join members of other Christian churches on the Peninsula at St Paul’s United Church, 2410 Malaview in Sidney as we pray, sing and reflect on this year’s theme “I Will Give You Rest: Come.” Materials from Nigeria bring us a powerful invitation drawn from Matthew 11:28-30. At a time when people worldwide are carrying heavy burdens, our Nigerian sisters offer profound insights into finding rest in God. Friday Afternoons 2pm – 4pm. St. Paul’s Fellowship Hall – Parking lot (West) entrance.
Bring your own tea/coffee/snacks (Water provided) No charge – Donations welcome.
Sidney Knitting and Crafts Group
Fridays in the Sanctuary - All are welcome.
Bring your own project or a charity project.

Community Choir
Sidney Song Circle We are a drop-in singing opportunity. All are welcome whether you have singing experience or not! No need to read music. We sing mostly familiar Oldie Goldies.
Note, song sheets are NOT provided. Music can be accessed from the shared Google file on your phone or iPad. If you prefer, print off copies to bring along.
As you are able, please bring $5 to cover the rental cost of the facility.
Originally arising from a Sidney by the Sea Rotary club initiative, our goal is to support the mental health and wellbeing of each other by being an inclusive, welcoming, informal, song community for all levels of singers and musicians. We especially welcome singers new to "group singing". Shower singers are warmly welcomed!

Concert: Diane Pancel & Ashley Wey
Multi-award-winning recording artist and international cabaret star, Diane Pancel, has returned to her hometown following a five-week cabaret tour in Switzerland. Best known for her LA-based Ladies of Hollywood, Ladies of Song, and American
Songbook cabaret hits, and well-loved for her ability to connect with the audience.
Doors open at 1:30pm.

February in Hawaii Party
Aloha, friends! After worship, we’re trading winter blues for island hues. Slip on your grass skirt, Hawaiian shirts, and biggest smiles as we hula the afternoon away. Expect tropical tunes, laughter and a splash of sunshine - no passport required!
